CHARLOTTE, N.C. β Governor Cooper will be visiting The Early Learning Center preschool on Tuesday to highlight the urgent need to invest in child care and early childhood education in North Carolina.
Federal aid for childcare will cease at the end of June which could put a financial burden on families and schools.
