CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD detectives identified and arrested a 15-year-old in connection to the murder of 14-year-old Jonathan Miller, after charging a 16-year-old with first degree murder in May, according to a news release.
The release states that Miller was found dead with numerous gunshot wounds on Ann Elizabeth Drive on May 22, 2024 and police charged a 16-year-old with first degree murder on May 23.
After further investigation, police identified a 15-year-old as another suspect and obtained a secure custody order for murder against the juvenile on June 13.
