Deputies: Gastonia Man Arrested For Breaking And Entering Home, Wearing Owners Clothes

LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested 46-year-old Tanou Chittamath after he was found inside someone else’s home, according to a news release.

The release states that on July 15, a North Ingleside Farm Road resident found a man in his kitchen wearing his clothes and shoes. After calling 911, deputies say they arrived and arrested the man.

After an investigation of the residence, two bags were found with evidence that the suspect broke into another residence nearby on Golden Eagle Trail, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Chittamath is being charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering and one felony count each of larceny after break and entering and possession of stolen goods.
