Kannapolis Police Investing Homicide Of 18-Year-Old

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – Investigators with the Kannapolis Police Department are investigating a homicide that resulted in the death of 18-year-old Damien Senesaynho, according to a news release.

The release states that on July 16 at 11:45 pm, police responded to Caribbean Court off of Rainbow Drive in reference to shots fired in the area.

Upon arrival, police say they found Senesaynho with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital, as said by KPD.

No suspects are in custody and investigators believe this to be to be an isolated incident.
