President Joe Biden Announces He Will Not Seek Re-Election, Endorses Kamala Harris
WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Joe Biden announced Sunday that he will no longer seek re-election and has endorsed Kamala Harris. The post on X says:

Biden says he will address the Nation later this week.
He also says, “It has been the greatest honor or my life to serve as your President. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”
