STEELE CREEK – A victim has been identified in a shooting investigation that occurred shortly after 1:30 a.m Monday morning.
Officers discovered a man with apparent gunshot wounds dead at the scene shortly after 1:30 am on Rachel Freeman Way near Steele Creek Road.
The vicim has been identified as 21-year-old Elijah Wright.
Police are still in search of the suspect responsible for the shooting.
