14-Year-Old Reported Missing In Concord

CONCORD, N.C. – Police need help locating a 14-year-old girl that was last seen leaving her friend’s house in Concord on Tuesday.

Akira Richard, 14, was reported missing on July 23rd. She was last seen leaving a friend’s house on Clayton Aly NW in Concord.

Richard’s family said she doesn’t have a personal phone. She is about 5-foot-1 and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shoulder-length wig, a black tank top, black shorts and black Crocs.
