Five Guns And Over 900 Grams Of Drugs Seized In West Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Four suspects are facing drug trafficking charges after police said they seized five guns and over 900 grams of drugs from a search warrant in west Charlotte.

In the search, police seized a .357 Smith and Wesson revolver, a .40 caliber Glock, an AR-15 pistol, an AK-47 pistol and a Sig Sauer 9mm pistol.

CMPD said they also seized a large amount of narcotics, including:

  • Approximately 440 grams of suspected marijuana
  • Approximately 423 grams of suspected methamphetamine
  • Approximately 24 grams of suspected cocaine
  • Approximately 16 grams of suspected oxycodone

Four suspects were arrested and are facing multiple drug trafficking charges. Police said one of them was a convicted felon and faces an additional charge for possession of a firearm by a felon.
