HAMPTON COUNTY, S.C. β A South Carolina women was arrested in connection with food stamp fraud after she received over 20,000 in benefits.
Rachelle Rivers, 33, was charged with one count of Fraudulent acquisition or use of food stamps, greater than 10,000. She was booked at the Hampton County Detention Center.
