It has been revealed in an affidavit that Glandina Dixon was murdered by Sam Roary Jr. when he followed her into a QuikTrip gas station bathroom on Trailer Driver and killed her with a hammer.
The murder occurred on August 17 at 11:15 p.m. and police were called after Dixon was found in the bathroom, bleeding from the back of her head.
Police say Roary was identified as the suspect in video surveillance at the QuikTrip. His physical description matched the surveillance footage and was also the registered owner of the Ford F-150 that was at the scene, according to the affidavit.
The investigation showed that Roary had a relationship with Dixon. He is facing first-degree murder charges.
