CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested a Waxhaw man for secretly taking a photo up a 14-year-old’s skirt during a Charlotte FC game at Bank of America Stadium over the weekend.
Court documents say 48-year-old Brian Outland was seen by someone using his mobile phone to take a photo under a teenager’s skirt.
It happened while Charlotte FC was taking on the New York Red Bulls on Saturday, August 24th.
Outland was given a $5,000 bond after being charged with felony secret peeping.
Outland’s LinkedIn profile says he works for Coca-Cola Consolidated. The company released the following statement:
“We are aware of the allegation; however, it is not our practice to discuss personnel matters involving current or former teammates. All questions should be directed to local law enforcement.”
A spokesperson for Tepper Sports and Entertainment released the following statement:
“We are aware of an incident that took place on Saturday night at the stadium. We are fully cooperating with local law enforcement and have no additional information to share.”
