300 Grams Of Methamphetamine Seized In Lincoln Co. Drug Operation

LINCOLNTON, N.C. – During multiple undercover drug investigations by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office from 2023 into 2024, 300 grams of methamphetamine have been seized and four suspects have been arrested, according to a news release.

The release states that the narcotics unit in the Sheriff’s Office used undercover officers to purchase methamphetamine and fentanyl, resulting 10 grams of fentanyl and five grams of cocaine being seized in addition to the 300 grams of methamphetamine.

As a result of the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office has arrested four individuals.

41-year-old Misty Gilroy was charged with three counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and three counts of sell and deliver methamphetamine.

36-year-old F.E. Richard was charged with four counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, five counts of sell methamphetamine, five counts of selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine and trafficking methamphetamine by sell and deliver.

59-year-old Angela Raborn was charged with selling methamphetamine with 1,000 feet of a school and conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.

29-year-old Dallas Davis was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, three counts of sell and deliver methamphetamine, two counts of selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of fentanyl.
