CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD is investigating a homicide on Timber Lake Drive in east Charlotte.
On Thursday, September 12th just before 10:30pm officers responded to a shots fired call in the Hickory Grove area.
Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, later identified as 23-year-old Franklin Rodriguez-Alfaro, was pronounced dead on the scene.
