Family Looking For Answers After Man Found Dead

HENDERSON, N.C. – A family is looking for answers after their loved one was found dead against a tree with a rope around his neck.

Police found Javion McGee dead in a rural area of Henderson, North Carolina on Wednesday.

The 21-year-old truck driver was making a delivery to the Walmart distribution center. 

According to the Vance County sheriff, there were no signs of foul play.

The sheriff told WCCB that McGee went to a nearby Walmart shortly before he died, and that is where he is believed to have purchased the rope found around his neck.
