Suspect Wanted For Armed Robbery In Catawba County

CLAREMONT, N.C. – Deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for armed robbery in Catawba County.

The suspect is accused of robbing the Pineywoods Quick Stop in Claremont. They allegedly displayed a gun and stole cash, cigarettes and THCa flower. The suspect then left on foot towards Balls Creek Road, the sheriff’s office said.

The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous.
