CHARLOTTEβ The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will begin providing Special Transportation Service (STS) to the Mint Hill area Monday, October 7.
The expanded service, called STS+, will provide individuals with disabilities (physical, cognitive or visual) a dependable transportation alternative to access jobs, education, medical appointments, shopping, entertainment and other community services.
