Pet food recall issued for Blue Ridge Beef

CHARLOTTE, NC – Blue Ridge Beef representatives says a recall was issued because of salmonella contamination.
The recall is for the company’s two-pound log puppy mix.
According to the FDA, the problem was discovered when a customer’s litter of puppies got sick.
The products were sold between August 6th and August 23rd in multiple stores including North Carolina.
