Couple’s “unique,” Christmas tree goes viral

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A couple attempting to find the perfect Christmas tree was in for a surprise once they made it home!
Last year, Hayden Hardesty and her boyfriend decided to cut down their first Christmas tree in Washington state.
By the time they got home and most of the snow had melted, it was clear that the tree lost some branches.
To make matters worse, the tree was too tall to fit in their living room.
That’s when they decided to cut the top. Even after the cut, the tree became even more flat.
The couple still decorated the tree and later the video popped up as a memory on social media and the couple shared it.
It’s been seen nearly 24 million times.
