Crews battle 2-alarm fire at Northwest Charlotte apartment complex

CHARLOTTE, NC — The Charlotte Fire department has a two-alarm fire in northwest Charlotte contained. 

It started at an apartment complex on Park Fairfax Drive around 7:30 Thursday morning.

CFD said 60 firefighters were able to control the fire in 50 minutes. 

No  injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
