All the monkeys that escaped a South Carolina research facility have been captured
YEMASSEE, SC – All monkeys that escaped a South Carolina research facility last year have been captured.
The Yemassee police department says the final four were recaptured last week.
An official with the Alpha Genesis Primate Research center said they appear to be in good health.
A total of 43 primates escaped in November after a caretaker failed to secure doors.
