2025 NASCAR Hall of Fame Class to be inducted Friday in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The 2025 NASCAR Hall of Fame class will be officially inducted this Friday in Charlotte.

This year’s class consists of three drivers, Carl Edwards, Ricky Rudd and Ralph Moody.

Over 13 years in the Cup Series, Edwards won 28 races, including the Coca-Cola 600 and Southern 500, and was the championship runner-up twice. He was named one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers.

Meanwhile, Rudd posted 23 wins, 194 top fives, 374 top 10s (seventh all-time), and 29 poles across his 32-year Cup Series career. He scored at least one win in 16 consecutive seasons, tied for the third-longest streak in Cup Series history. Rudd was also named one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers.

Lastly, Moody won five NASCAR Cup Series races from 1956-57. He paired with John Holam to form Holman-Moody Racing in 1957, the foundation of a powerhouse NASCAR team. Overall, the Holman-Moody partnership netted 96 wins and 83 poles across 525 premier starts.

Festivities begin Thursday with the NASCAR Hall of Fame Blue Jacket Ceremony. 

Friday’s “Induction Ceremony Dine & Shine Tailgate” will allow guests to watch the stars walk the red carpet and enjoy a catered dinner and cocktails before heading to the official Induction Ceremony.

Saturday gives the public a first look at the updated Hall of Honor that will feature personally-selected artifacts from each of the three Class of 2025 members.
