Heist Brewery hopes to open in Spring

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Heist Brewery is trying to reopen this spring after a fire badly damaged the business last summer.

Everything that was salvaged after last year’s fire was delivered to the brewery. They now have partial power in the dining room area.

“It may not be much, but we are taking steps in the direction of re-opening in Spring and we can’t wait to have you back as soon as we possibly can!” Heist Brewery said in an Instagram post.

A two-alarm fire broke out at Heist Brewery off North Davidson Street in NoDa around 7 p.m. on July 16, 2024. It took approximately 40 minutes for firefighters to control the blaze.

Fortunately, no one was hurt.
