CHARLOTTE, NC – A man faces trespassing charges after he got stuck in a parachute on the side of a building in uptown Charlotte.

Charlotte firefighters were called out around 1 am on Tuesday to Museum Towers at 525 S. Church Street.

They found a man hanging about 100 feet in the air from a tangled parachute against the side of the building.

Firefighters used a high-angle rope system to rescue the man and bring him safely to the the rooftop.

There’s no word where the man jumped from.

According to court records, 31-year-old Diego Adame is charged with misdemeanor first degree trespassing.
