Fire damages home in Concord

CONCORD, N.C. – Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at a home in Concord on Saturday night.

Around 11 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to a home on Lee Court Southwest in Concord. They arrived at the home within five minutes and found fire from the garage and extending into the home.

The fire was contained in approximately eight minutes.

One resident was able to safely exit the home. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
