President Trump plans on pardoning Pete Rose

CHARLOTTE, NC– President Trump says he plans on pardoning the late baseball legend Pete Rose in the coming weeks.
Trump made the announcement on social media Saturday — while calling on Rose to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Rose was banned from baseball in 1989 for betting on games — including his own team.
He was also made ineligible for the hall of fame — despite being MLB’s all-time hit leader.
