Manhunt for “armed and dangerous” shooting suspect

ROWAN CO., N.C. – Rowan County Sheriff’s deputies need your help finding a man they say is armed and dangerous. Joseph Parham Junior of Rockwell is wanted for shooting into an occupied car.

Investigators say Parham shot into a stolen car last month. No one got hurt in that shooting. But, police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

He’s believed to be in Rockwell or Salisbury. Call 911 immediately if you see him.
