Search for driver who sped past stopped school bus in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A viewer sent WCCB terrifying video of a car speeding past a school bus in north Charlotte. The bus has its stop arms extended.

According to the time stamp it happened around 3 on Monday afternoon. The person who recorded the video says it happened at Moretez Avenue and Druid Circle.
