Youngest certified baker in the country, is also Johnson and Wales University instructor

CHARLOTTE, NC – An instructor at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte has just reached a major achievement.

Austin Scoles has joined the ranks of 200 or so people to be named a Certified Master Baker by the Retail Bakers Association of America.

He’s the youngest chef in the country to reach the milestone.
