CHESTER CO., SC – A mother and son are charged after three people were shot in Great Falls on Wednesday.
The Chester County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened just before 6pm on Ridgeway Road.
Two of the victims are 17-year-olds. Investigators say both have non life-threatening injuries. There’s no information on the third victim.
Deputies say they were able to track down a vehicle the suspects used to leave the area after the shootings.
Deputies then executed a search warrant at a home on Chester Avenue.
They arrested 18-year-old J’aki Holt. He’s charged with attempted murder, assault and battery, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
Holt’s mother, 46-year-old Lashonna Crafton, is charged with accessory after the fact to a felony.
