Discussion:
Kicking off the morning with more patchy fog and low hanging clouds — especially west of I-77. Clouds will be slow to clear with highs reaching the low to mid 70s this afternoon. Another round of scattered showers and storms possible, thanks to the stalled boundary feeding more moisture into the region. Heavy rain is a concern with localized flash flooding a threat — especially for the foothills and areas where storms train.
Friday will bring another round of scattered showers and storms with highs in the mid 70s. A cold front will approach the area by the start of the weekend. This means more organized showers and storms are likely with gusty winds the main concern.  Behind the front, cooler and drier air slides in, cutting the early season humidity with lows falling back in the low to mid 50s and highs in the mid 70s Sunday and Monday. Warming up with isolated storms returning midweek as the humidity increases and highs climb back into the mid 80s.
