Trump administration halts Harvard’s ability to enroll international students

A federal judge issued a temporary halt to the Trump administration’s move to ban Harvard University from enrolling international students.

The temporary restraining order from US district judge Allison Burroughs came only hours after the school filed a lawsuit on Friday.

Harvard has about 6,800 international students, which is  about 27 percent of the student body.

Judge Burroughs is also handling a separate Harvard lawsuit over the White House freeze of more than two billion dollars in federal funding.
