UPDATE: 12 hurt after fight inside south Charlotte fast food restaurant

CHARLOTTE, NC – A fight inside the McDonald’s on South Tyron Street ended with 12 people hurt, three of which were taken to the hospital Tuesday morning.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say the fight happened just before 10:30 am and that no deadly weapon was used.

The Medic mass casualty bus helped treat nine of the victims on the scene.

Medic says it took three people to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

There is no word what caused the injuries to the people involved.
