CMPD charges teen in murder of 24-year-old man

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We’re learning a 17-year-old from Charlotte is facing murder charges. 24-year-old Dontre Williams was killed back in June on Milton Road in northeast Charlotte.

Investigators say the teen shot Williams, who died at the scene.

We’re still asking investigators what might have led up to that deadly shooting.
