HOLLYWOOD, CA– That sadness continues after the announcement of his death. Osbourne was a heavy metal music icon. The Osbourne family said he died Tuesday morning surrounded by his loving family. So far, a cause of death was not revealed. Osbourne launched his career as the frontman of the band that would become “Black Sabbath” in 19-68 and later went solo. Ozzy osbourne was 76 years old. He was known for his outrageous antics on stage, including biting the head off a bat, as well as substance abuse.
