The Rising crew takes on Puppy Yoga USA

MONROE, N.C. — Located just outside of Charlotte, Puppy Yoga USA proves that workouts don’t have to be all sweat and no smiles.  The Rising crew took on this unique experience blending traditional yoga poses with the irresistible distraction of playful puppies.  They rolled out their mats for a session filled with downward dogs, wagging tails, and plenty of laughter.
