Pinky Swear Foundation highlights local family for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

CHARLOTTE, NC – Life as a mom of two can be challenging enough but for Cecilia Peedin its even harder when one of your children is battling cancer,
For Peedin this is her reality.
Her 11 year old son River is fighting acute lymphoblastic leukemia for a second time.
The Peedin family first learned of the Pinky Swear Foundation when River was two years old and diagnosed with cancer for the first time
The foundation supports families like the Peedins financially with everyday expenses.
