CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) — Charlotte has a new reason to celebrate! Ten-year-old local talent Nola Wallace is stepping onto the big screen in Lionsgate’s chilling thriller The Strangers: Chapter 2. To mark this milestone, the community is invited to an exclusive hometown red carpet event and special screening on Sunday, September 28 at 12:45 p.m. at Stone Theatre Sun Valley 14 in Indian Trail.

Filmed in Los Angeles, The Strangers: Chapter 2 continues the suspenseful horror franchise and opens worldwide this weekend. Charlotte audiences will have the rare chance to honor one of their own before the film’s global release.

Wallace, who began performing in Charlotte’s vibrant arts scene at just six years old, was cast as Young Pin Up following a nationwide search. Her debut is the culmination of years of dedication and passion for the craft.
