Arrest made in deadly north Charlotte grocery store shooting

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man is facing charges in reference to a deadly shooting outside a north Charlotte grocery store.

Police say Joshua Hasty, 44, shot and killed James Martindale, 68, outside a Food Lion on North Graham Street near W. Sugar Creek Road on October 18th.

Hasty has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a felon.
