HOLLYWOOD, CA– “Diddy” is fighting his conviction and prison sentence. His legal team has filed an appeal to challenge both his conviction and the 50-month prison sentence.

His legal team argues the judge improperly considered evidence from charges he was acquitted of, and they will appeal based on these grounds. The appeal was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, with more detailed filings expected later. 

Reports also say the President Donald Trump is considering commuting his sentence as early as this week.
