CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A growing number of couples are choosing to sleep in separate bedrooms to prioritize sleep. The trend known as “sleep divorce” might not be the key to happiness. According to researchers, sleeping separately from your partner may decrease psychological well-being. Their study revealed older couples who slept in separate rooms had worse psychological well-being compared to the couples who slept together.
