GASTONIA, N.C. β The Gastonia County Police have made an arrest following an investigation regarding sexual assault involving a minor. Victoria Powell, 31 has been arrested on two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Powell is currently being held in Gaston County Jail with no bond.
