A man is facing charges following an investigation into a stabbing that happened on the light rail in NoDa on Friday afternoon.

It happened around 5 p.m. Friday afternoon on North Brevard Street near East 25th Street.

Medic took one person to the hospital with serious injuries. CMPD said the victim is in critical but stable condition.

Oscar Solarzano, 33, was identified as the suspect and was quickly apprehended after the incident. He is facing numerous charges including attempted first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and intoxicated and disruptive.
