Denny’s unveils ‘Sticky Kicks’ shoes made with syrup

Denny’s is rolling out a new promotional product: limited edition shoes called Sticky Kicks.

The diner chain says they are the first ever sneakers made with real Denny’s syrup. The high top shoes were designed with syrup-colored patent leather, tumbled yellow accents, and the Denny’s logo on the heel.

The company created the shoes in collaboration with footwear artist Mache.

Sticky Kicks come in adult men’s sizes 8-13. The actual syrup is sealed in a clear panel and is purely decorative. Denny’s is warning customers to try not to eat it.
