Cold Tuesday with a warmer start to 2026

Forecast:
Tuesday: We are waking up 20 to 40 degrees colder than where we were this time yesterday! A freezing start across the area. Temperatures do not warm too much with highs in the mid 40s. Sunny skies. It stays windy through the day in the mountains.

Wednesday: Another freezing start with lows in the mid 20s. Sunny skies. Highs top out near average, in the low 50s. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. The evening will be cold and partly cloudy with overnight lows falling just above freezing.

New Year’s Day: Sunny. Highs in the mid 50s.

Friday: Highs in the mid 50s with increasing clouds. Scattered showers move in late ahead of our next system.
