One dead after shooting outside Charlotte restaurant

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person is dead following a shooting outside of a west Charlotte bar. It happened just before 2:30 Wednesday morning outside of Capitaine Bar & Grill on Rozzelles Ferry Road. Officers say Quentin Stowe was shot multiple times. He died at the scene. CMPD says they are not looking for suspects and that there is no threat to the community.
