The Edge: Sean Penn lights up at awards show

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Did Sean Penn break the law at the Golden Globes? The actor was spotted puffing away while seated with his “One Battle After Another” co-star Leonardo DiCaprio during the awards show at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. Another photo shows the two posing in front of a water glass that’s been turned into an impromptu ashtray. Witnesses also reported seeing smoke during acceptance speeches throughout the night.
