CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Verizon customers around the nation impacted Wednesday by a massive service outage.
Customers reported devices being stuck in SOS mode. Customers can not send or receive phone calls, texts, and emails. Impacted devices also experienced a loss of internet connection unless WiFi was available.
Verizon’s engineers are actively working on the outage, per the company’s social media.
