Charlotte Douglas to increase parking rates in March

Charlotte Douglas International Airport will be increasing its daily maximum parking rates, starting March 1.

Officials say the price increase reflects rising operational costs and shifting demand.

β€œWe know parking is an important part of the travel experience, and we’re committed to making it as convenient and dependable as possible,” said Ted Kaplan, CLT Chief Business and Innovation Officer. β€œThese adjustments allow us to continue investing in our parking facilities while maintaining competitive rates, and our focus remains on safety, reliability and a positive customer experience.”

Below are the new rates across Charlotte Douglas’ lots and decks:

  • Valet – $50 (previously was $45)
  • Hourly Deck – $35 ($32)
  • Daily Deck – $28 ($20)
  • Express Deck Self-Park – $24 ($20)
  • Daily North – $18 ($14)
  • Long Term 1 – $14 ($12)
  • Long Term 2 – $14 ($12)

Express Deck Preferred will stay the same at $24. All lots and decks will remain free for the first 15 minutes.

This is the first rate change since November 2023.
