FBI joins local law enforcement in search for 14-year-old Gideon Ferguson

IREDELL CO., N.C. – The FBI has confirmed to WCCB that it is helping local law enforcement search for 14-year-old Gideon Ferguson. We are also hearing that investigators are searching his social media accounts and messages.

His family last saw him around 4:00 pm Wednesday afternoon at his home on Watermoss Drive, near Triplett Road, in Cleveland.

Crews used K9s and drones to search for Ferguson on Thursday. They’ll start searching again Friday morning.
