Ads are coming to ChatGPT

Ads will soon start popping up on ChatGPT. 

OpenAI says it’s going to test ads on its free version for adult users in the U.S.

It’s also rolling out an $8 per month subscription tier, which includes upgrades like longer memory and more image creation opportunities.

The higher-tier subscriptions will not have ads.
